They are made to safely breakdown in weeks vs years in your local landfill. Lastly, every order comes with a tracking number and is packaged with thought. How "up to date" is this store?
This store is updated frequently (weekly). Updates may include announcements on future products coming soon, new candle selections being added to our inventory, new rewards available, changes in policies, terms, and prices, and announcing new promotions and/or coupons currently available. Who do you ship with?
All US domestic orders are shipped with USPS for FREE (no minimum purchase amount required) and come with tracking numbers, unless specified or ordered otherwise . For more Information, read our "Processing & Shipping" terms and conditions.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, however only domestic US Orders are shipped free. International orders must pay for the cost of shipping and any customs fees that may be due. If you are having any trouble placing an order on our website, you can contact us via email or call. International orders can also a placed over the phone or via email by invoice. After receiving your order details, we will send you an invoice with Square to place your order. Square accepts all major credit cards and will process your payment safely.
Why haven't I received my tracking number yet?
For most orders, you will receive your tracking number within 24 hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and USPS recognized holidays). Large bulk orders (400 candles or more) can take between 2 to 5 days to be ready to ship . If we experience any delays fulfilling your order, you will be notified using the email provided during checkout. Do not forget to check your spam if you have not received an email by us within 2 days. If it has been more then 4 days and you have not received an email or tracking number from us, please contact us as soon as possible. Odds are, we have the wrong email address on file and it needs to be updated.
What if my mailing address is wrong and I didn't get my order?
All shipping labels are pre-filled with the information you provided when you placed your order. In the event of a package becoming lost, sent to the wrong address, or returned back to sender, the responsibility would be solely yours. All orders here have free shipping on a 1 time per order basis. In the event of a returned package, the buyer would be responsible to fund the reshipment.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
Even with tracking numbers packages can still find a way to get lost. Message us on the "Contact" page with your order information and tracking number and we will try our best to hunt down the package and find out what happened to it. If the tracking number for the package shows the status "Delivered" and you have not received the package, we are not held responsible and you will need to contact USPS.
Damaged goods will only be replaced if the damage was caused by poor packaging for shipment from us. Any damage caused by USPS, the responsibility would be passed on to them.
Can I return used items?
No, due to the nature of the items sold here, you can only return unused items.
What promotions are available and how do I claim them?
If any promotions are available, they will be posted as soon as they become available on our website. We immediately add and update any promotions that are currently available. If no promotions are posted, then we currently do not have any available.
No coupon code is required to receive our current promotion available. Qualifying orders/buyers will be notified (via email) within 24 hours or less after the order was placed, one promotional item per order, promotional items are available only while supplies lasts. If there are no promotions currently available, information and pictures will not be posted.

In consideration to the impact made on the environment, how does this store affect the earth?
We are earth friendly (green) store and our shipping supplies will reflect this. Our earth friendly materials include supplies that is compostable, biodegradable, and/or recyclable. All receipts from this store are paperless (digitally provided), meaning you will not receive a paper receipt with your order unless it's requested.

For general questions, message us directly using our "Contact" page before purchasing anything. Messages are usually replied within the hour, 24 hours at max.
