Lastly, every order comes with a tracking number and is packaged with thought. How "up to date" is this store? 

This store is updated frequently, usually each week. Our updates may include announcements on future products coming soon, adding new candle selections to our inventory, adding new rewards to claim using points, making changes to our policies, terms, and prices, and announcing new promotions and/or coupons as they become available. Who do you ship with? 

All US domestic orders are usually shipped with USPS for FREE (no minimum purchase amount required). All orders come with a tracking number, unless specified in the description otherwise. For more Information about shipping, find "Processing & Shipping" in our terms and conditions directory.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, however, only domestic US orders include free shipping. International orders must pay for the cost of shipping and any customs fees that may be due. If you are having any trouble placing an international order on our website, you can contact us via email, text, or phone. International orders can also a placed over the phone or via email by sending an invoice. After we receive your order details, we will send you an invoice to process your order. Our invoices accept all major credit cards and will process your payment safely.

Why haven't I received my tracking number yet?

For most orders, you will receive your tracking number within 24 hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays). Large bulk orders (400 candles or more) can take between 2 to 5 days to be ready to ship . If we experience any delays fulfilling your order, you will be notified using the email you provided during checkout. Do not forget to check your spam folder if you have not received an email by us within 2 business days. If it has been more than 4 business days and you still have not received an email or tracking number from us, please contact us as soon as possible. Odds are, we have the wrong email address on file or it is spelt incorrectly and it needs to be updated.

What if my mailing address is incorrect and I didn't get my order?

All shipping labels are pre-filled with the information you provided when you placed your order. In the event that your package becomes lost, was sent to the wrong address, or was returned back to us (returned to sender), the responsibility would be solely yours. All orders that include free shipping are done so on a 1-time per order basis. In the event of a returned package, the buyer would be responsible to fund the reshipment or else the order will be processed as a return.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

Even with tracking numbers, packages can still find a way to get lost. Message us on the "Contact Us" page with your order information and tracking number. We will try our best to hunt down the package and find out what happened to it. However, if the tracking number for the package shows the status as "Delivered" and you have not received the package, we will not be held responsible. You will need to contact the shipping service provider (example: USPS, UPS, Fedex) for help.

Damaged goods will only be replaced if the damage was from poor preparation for shipment caused by us. Any damage caused by the shipping company (example: USPS, UPS, Fedex), then the responsibility would be passed on to them.

Can I return used items?

No, due to the nature of the items sold here, you can only return unused (new) items.

What promotions are available and how do I claim them?

If any promotions are available, they will be posted as soon as they become available on our website. We immediately add and update any promotions that are currently available. If no promotions are posted, then we currently do not have any available at the moment.

We are earth friendly (green) store and all of our shipping supplies will reflect this. Our earth friendly materials include supplies that is 100% compostable, biodegradable, and recyclable. All receipts from this store are paperless (digitally provided), meaning you will not receive a paper receipt with your order unless you specifically request it.

What if I have a question(s) that is not listed? 

For general questions, you can ask us directly by using the information on our "Contact Us" page. If you have a specific question, we highly recommend that you contact us before purchasing anything. If you were unsuccessful in reaching us by phone or called us after we closed, leave a message on our voicemail or text us. Messages are usually replied within the hour, 24 hours at max. For concerns about to your order, you can call or text us at 682-382-5510. In the off chance of reaching our voicemail, leave your name (the name on order), the best number to reach you at, and a brief message stating the reason for your call.
