Shipping Time
Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on federal holidays, Saturday, or Sunday unless a prior arrangement was made. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Any shipping or transit times offered to you on this site or by other parties on our behalf, are only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays that can be caused by shipping or by product availability.
Processing Time
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping can vary. Most orders are processed within 1 day and ready to ship the next business day, or sometimes the same day, depending on the order.
Timelines
- Large and/or medium boxed candle orders under 20 boxes: 1 day or less
- Large and/or medium boxed candle orders totaling 20 boxes or more: 2-4 days
- Large and/or medium bulk candle orders under 250: 1 day or less
- Large and/or medium bulk candle orders totaling 250 or more: 1-4 days
- Kong boxed candle orders under 5 packs: 1 day or less
- Kong boxed candle orders totaling 5 packs or more: 2-4 days
- Kong bulk candle orders totaling 50 or under: 1 day or less
- Kong bulk candle orders over 50: 3-5 days
- Protective disc orders under 50: 1 day or less
- Protective disc orders totaling 50 or more: 1-7 days depending on how many are in stock at the time of ordering
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method used and carrier. Please take in consideration, any unavoidable delays USPS or USP might have (examples: busy holiday seasons, bad weather, COVID-19, and etc.) when delivering your package, and refer to your tracking number for the most up-to-date delivery information.

We do ship to other countries, but these are the most common locations.
Shipping Information
Cost
All US orders (domestic and recognized US state territories) are shipped free of cost on a one-time per order basis only, no minimum purchase amount required. We do not offer free international shipping. The buyer is responsible to pay for the shipping costs for any orders that needs to be shipped internationally. We are not responsible for any taxes or fees that may be collected by customs.
Additional Costs
In the event that your package is sent to the wrong address or is returned back to us as a result of you providing us with incorrect shipping information, the responsibility would be solely yours. All shipping labels are pre-filled through our website's "Orders & Shipping" manager and uses the shipping address you enclosed at the time of ordering.

All orders are shipped free on a one-time per order basis. Should your package return back to us due to buyer error and your package needs to be re-shipped for the second time, you will be solely responsible to fund that shipment. If you do not fund the reshipment of your order within 3 business days (unless told differently otherwise), then your order will be processed as a return and you will be refunded. Any information connected to this order will be added to our store's bad credit list.
Bad Credit
We define bad credit as any buyer who abuses or attempts to abuse our store's free shipping policy. This includes, not is not limited to, the following:
- Processing an order that was returned to us due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer as a return/refund to then re-order again in attempt to avoid funding a reshipment of their previous order that was returned and refunded.
- Damaging an order in attempt to receive free return shipping to get a refund.
- Any attempts to abuse our free shipping policy to avoid paying any additional fees.
Buyers who are suspected of abusing our free shipping policy will be added to our bad credit list. Buyers who are on our bad credit list must be clear of their bad credit with us before any orders can be processed. Any orders placed that have a connection to our bad credit list will be cancelled until the bad credit is resolved.
Carriers
Lighter orders are usually shipped using USPS (United States Postal Service), while heavier orders are usually shipped using UPS (United Parcel Service) depending on the difference in cost. All orders come with a tracking number, except for local orders that are hand-delivered or picked up in-person by appointment. In most cases, orders will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage and sometimes USPS Priority if we run out of our regular shipping boxes. Most orders sent USPS Advantage Ground, can take between 3-7 days to receive.
Priority/Express
In the event you need your order shipped faster and wish to upgrade your shipping method to USPS Priority or USPS Express, you will be able to calculate and pay the shipping costs during checkout. If your order was not placed on our website and you wish to have your order shipped faster, please contact us right away. We can send you an invoice via email or text to collect the upgraded shipping cost. In the event that you failed to pay your shipping invoice within 24 hours after receiving, your order will default to the original shipping method.
International Orders
Please be aware, that our website may not support all international locations. For this reason, to ship to some international locations, your order may need to be completed by being emailed an invoice or by completing your order over the phone. If this happens, contact us with the details of your order, mailing address, contact information, and your email, and we will email you an invoice. Please be aware, that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are also not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Local Pickup/Delivery
Pickup
After placing your order on our website, call or text us at 682-382-5510 to schedule a date and time to retrieve your order. Orders that are not picked up within 72 hours will be shipped without notice to the mailing address enclosed on the order form (unless prior arrangements were made to hold the order otherwise).

We deliver within a 5-mile radius of Fort Worth (Texas), zip code 76120. There is a flat $10 delivery fee for all zip codes except for the zip code 76120, which there is a flat $5 delivery fee. The zip codes we deliver to are listed below:

Any orders that were somehow able to be placed using local delivery but are outside our zip code delivery list, must be picked up in person or it will be shipped by mail. If your order cannot be locally delivered, we will attempt to contact you before using the local delivery fee you paid to upgrade your order's shipping method (example: order was upgraded to be sent USPS Priority vs USPS Ground Advantage).
Procedure
Your order will be delivered within 24-48 hours after placing, unless we were contacted and told otherwise. We deliver orders at random times between 9am-8pm everyday (including Sunday). You will be notified with an estimated time of delivery by a text or a phone call (or by email if the phone number provided is invalid or is not in service) when your order is out for delivery and has been delivered. You will also be texted (or emailed) a picture of your order in front of the delivery address to prove that your order was successfully delivered. We do this to protect us from delivery disputes should your order disappear after being delivered. If you need your order delivered urgently or on the same day you ordered, contact us right away after placing your order. If you need to cancel your delivery, change your delivery address, or change your delivery to a different shipping method, you must contact us before your order is in transit. Once your order is in transit, you will not be able to change your delivery method, delivery address, or be able to receive a refund for the delivery fee.
