We Gladly Accept Returns and Exchanges

We have a worry-free return policy, where you can return your order (whole or part) if you're unhappy for any reason. We accept the return of products that are damaged due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship and the return of incorrect products you may have received due to fulfillment error.

Starting a return is easy. If you have an account on our website, you can open a RMA (return) ticket on the order you would like to return. You can also simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and open a return ticket over the phone. We will provide you with instructions and a return mailing address. You then have 30 days from the delivery date to mail out your return. When preparing your return, please make sure that you include your order number and the full name used on the order for faster processing.

We do not offer free returns, all returns will be mailed back at the buyer's expense. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost and handling of returning their order. We only fund a return if the return was a direct result of company error (examples: received incorrect item(s), missing item(s), and other related company made errors).

All items must be returned in the original or "new" condition as it was sold. Any items not returned in this condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. During a return, orders that qualified to receive a promotional item, must return this item with their returned order. If the promotional item is not returned with the order or is returned with damage (damage is any other condition than "new"), the buyer will be responsible for the loss of value of this item (the value of the promotional item is disclosed in the promotion's disclaimer at that time). Any points earned on an order that was returned, will be deducted from the buyer's account.

The Following Items Can't be Returned or Exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items or orders
  • Used items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale or promotional items
  • Items claimed using store points
Exchanges

We do not exchange international orders. International orders can be returned for a refund only. All domestic exchanges are mailed out free of charge once we have received and inspected the item(s) you are exchanging. Exchanges are usually mailed USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority depending on the weight of the order. Exchanges of less, equal, or more value are accepted. For exchanges of less value, you will receive store credit or be refunded the remaining amount. For exchanges of more value, you must pay the difference in cost before we can ship the exchange. If the difference in cost is not paid within 2 business days, the exchange will be processed as a refund only (unless a prior arrangement for additional time was made). Any points earned when purchasing an order that was exchanged, will be adjusted on your account accordingly.

We Do Not Accept Cancellations Once Fulfilled

Most orders are fulfilled immediately, with the postage paid and the order ready to ship. For this reason, we do not except cancellations unless your order has not been fulfilled or there is a problem with your order. Do not wait to contact us if there is a problem with your order or if you need to change anything. Phone calls are recommended for an immediate response, but you can also text us at 682-382-5510. If it is after business hours, you can contact us by text message or email. Texts messages and emails are usually received and responded to within 15 minutes, but it can take up to 1 hour. If you have not received a response from us after an hour, check your email's spam folder, your phone's text messages, and your phone's voicemail before trying again and using a different option to contact us.
