We DO NOT accept checks of any kind. If you cannot pay by credit card, you may use one of our other payment methods that we accept listed below. We DO NOT accept cash or checks sent by mail; DO NOT mail cash or a check to pay for your order. If for some reason you must pay by mail, we highly encourage you to contact the store first before placing your order. If you are paying for your order using a money order, make the money order out to "Nature's Beeline LLC". Orders that are being paid for using a money order must be for the exact total amount calculated during checkout. If the money order is for less/more than your order amount, it will be returned to sender. Your order will not be filled or mailed until the money order has been received. You will be notified via email and/or by phone when your money order has arrived and when your order has been shipped.

Payment Refund
Once a return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed right away. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to clear, depending on the payment method used. For more information about refund processing times for PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and so on, please go to their website or contact them directly.
Bad Credit
We define bad credit as any buyer who abuses or attempts to abuse our store's free shipping policy. This includes, not is not limited to, the following:
- Processing an order that was returned to us due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer as a return/refund to then re-order again in attempt to avoid funding a reshipment of their previous order that was returned and refunded.
- Damaging an order in attempt to receive free return shipping to get a refund.
- Any attempts to abuse our free shipping policy to avoid paying any additional fees.
Buyers who are suspected of abusing our free shipping policy will be added to our bad credit list. Buyers who are on our bad credit list must clear their bad credit with us before any orders can be processed. Any orders placed that have a connection to our bad credit list, will be cancelled until the bad credit is resolved.
Payment Security
All payments are safely processed to keep your payment information secure. This store never stores your credit card or banking information unless you intentionally save it on your account. For any issues involving your payment, you will need to contact your payment processing provider (examples: PayPal, Venmo, your bank, or your credit card company) directly.
Payment Protection
Most credit card providers, including PayPal, Venmo, and others, offer buyer's protection. However, in the event you have any problems, please contact us first before opening a dispute claim with them.
Buyer's Protection
We guarantee that the product(s) you purchase from us are authentic, and are the same product(s) as seen in pictures and as described. We guarantee shipment of your order to the mailing address enclosed on the order form at the time of sale or a full refund of your money back. Should you ever want to dispute anything (an order, shipping costs, a refund, and so on), please contact us on the "Contact" page first before escalating. We encourage you to text or call us at 682-382-5510 to seek a resolution before escalating a dispute to a third-party. As a customer, you hold the right to open a dispute with your credit card provider, PayPal, and so on (all are third-party companies, are neutral, and are unrelated to Nature's Beeline LLC) to request a refund if you feel you are unable to resolve the dispute directly with us first.
We do not refund local delivery fees or upgraded shipping costs once the order is in transit. You will not be refunded for these fees in the event of a return. Once any additional shipping fees has been spent to send your order, we can't refund it because the funds have already been spent to send your order.
